Because building in South Sudan it isn’t nor an easy, nor an economic matter!

Here it lacks enterprises, technologies and  also the major part of materials come from foreign countries.

Cesar following Comboni’s mind has decided to build this Teacher School in collaboration with local community. A group of South Sudanese students trained by “Ireneo Dud Vocational Centre Arts & Jobs School” (founded and lead by an Italian enterprise) will be involved in the building activities.

Moreover a large amount of materials will arrive from near nations. This is a clear choice in order to contribute to increase and make professionalism and African autonomy capacity to realize modern and innovative facilities.
